Kanal is a 10-minute short film directed by Jean-Pierre Berckmans and produced by Brussels based 3D computer graphics company RealReality Sprl..

The film will be suitable for all ages and tell the heart-warming story of a starving man's chance encounter with an almighty stranger.

The highly novel production process will include a combination of stereoscopic 3D animation, S3D live action footage and motion capture. Stereoscape will be in charge of the live action stereoscopic 3D elements of the film.

Technical tests have already taken place in Prague in April 2011.
